I worked as a Transport Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 2026, supporting transportation operations and client services across the tournament: coordinating team and delegation movements, airport transfers, hotel transfers, training-site transfers, and matchday transportation.

I coordinated with FIFA, participating member associations, security and police teams, transportation providers, logistics teams, and stadium personnel: adapting to weather-related changes, technical issues, and last-minute requests while keeping transfers on schedule.

My Role

As Transport Coordinator, I was responsible for the movement of teams and delegations across airports, hotels, training sites, and stadiums. My day-to-day work centered on scheduling, communication across operational teams, and resolving issues in real time on matchdays.
